Grieving Mom Turned Holistic Grief Coach Vanessa May 053

After Vanessa's son died unexpectedly from an unexplained illness she found herself struggling to understand how this could happen. She used her experience as a nutritional coach to heal the grief in her mind, body and spirit and wrote a book about her first year after her son's death, Love Untethered.

She has since become a certified grief coach and works with her clients to help them heal holistically.

She shares her perspective on why grieving is so hard on your emotions as well as your body and how her spiritual awakening has supported her on her grief journey.
